The 2.5” CNC mandrel bent tubing along with straight through design mufflers provide for a smooth uninterrupted exhaust flow for increases of as much as 11hp and 9ft.lbs of torque over stock. The Rt.66 exhaust system is the modest system offered by Billy Boat Performance Exhaust for the C5 Corvette. While the main focus of the Rt.66 is cosmetics, this system does offer a subtle change to the exhaust note. Through a combination of sound absorption and cancellation the RT.66 mufflers emit a nice mellow touring sound slightly louder than the OE system throughout the rpm’s.

A pair of B&B's distinctive Speedway tips give car an individual look and the mufflers and tips are polished to a mirror finish like no other.
